• Early 1940’s, 14’ Ackroyd Dingy, made by Taylor Boats of Toronto
• Sail, all hardware, brass fittings, gaff, boom and mast (refinished), trailer
• Clear varnished, interior and exterior (no paint)
• Recent restoration by Fred Forster, Keene, Ontario includes: 15 new white oak ribs, new canvas on the deck, three new hull planks, and a new keel.

Ken Lavallette of Woodwind Yachts www.woodwindyachts.com assessed the boat in January, 2008. He rated it as an “8 out of 10”, and said it was in “Very Good” condition. The main improvements he suggested to put the boat up to a “10” would be to touch up the varnish and tighten up all the nails. 

The boat is stored at my home in Kitchener.
